It was an exciting morning on the KGSR “Late Show” with Bryan, Andy. and Mando from Taco Journalism. Tacos were stolen, ate, and discussed.
Mando and I first joined forces back in May for the East Austin Taco Tour and we met for the first time a few months before on a South Austin Taco Tour with a bunch of fellow wrapped food lovers.

It didn’t occur to me to check the weather this morning. If I had, I’m told I would have known that it would be pouring for most of the day. Thankfully, I’m not the only one that puts their faith in the mostly sunny days of Austin. When Adam and I unloaded our bikes, pumped up the tires, and arrived at Porfirio’s Tacos in East Austin this morning at 11, there were at least 30 people already there — eating, hanging out, and ready to tour!

I spent my lunch hour today driving the route for the East Austin Taco Bike Tour. You guys would have giggled if you had seen me using my broken Spanish to communicate to some of the people at the stops for Saturday. Muchos personas van a comer tacos aqui en Sabado.
