A couple weeks ago, I met Laura, co-creator of Dishola, at the Taste No Evil Muffin Company — the crazy trolley set up outside of Maria’s Taco Xpress on South Lamar. Having been reading recently reading about the history of food carts in Austin Texas, I was interested to learn that Maria, and her neighbor, Matt of Matt’s El Rancho, each began with a cart before saving up enough to open their own restaurants.

2. Become a new member (it’s SUPER easy)
3. Review one dish at your fave restaurant – or 20 – it’s easy and each review feeds a family.
The deadline has been moved to Jan. 15 – next Thursday. As of this posting, dishola needs 650 reviews to reach the total of 1,000 meals that Whole Foods will donate.
We can do this guys!
