My last post about the Whole Foods Foodie Fantasy contest trip that we took was last November, but I’m determined to finish these up before the one year anniversary of our trip so that I have them to share with others going to Europe.

I have a fear of cooking meat. I’m most comfortable with vegetarian dishes, and will occasionally make seafood or chicken, but I have never cooked and served a thick, juicy, steak. Most of you know that Adam and I went to Europe last September on an amazing trip I won from Whole Foods Market after making this video; and that we got engaged in Paris.
