UPDATE 8/15/10: I recently visited the East Austin Trailer Park and Eatery for lunch with my friend Mike from Austin Food Carts. The scene and food carts renting space there have changed in the little over two months since I visited/talked to Josh. Right now, there are 3-4 food carts that set up shop there at various times of the week. They include:

I’m now on the hunt to find the very best fried chicken in Central Texas. I have votes on Twitter for Cipollina, The Highball, and Royer’s Round Top. I’m interested in hearing where the best fast food fried chicken can be found — Popeye’s, KFC, Church’s, Chick-fil-A? Has anyone …Read the full post »
