Spend $4 or $5 on Herbs de Provence. They go on EVERYTHING. You can take any vegetable known to man, drizzle some olive oil and HdP on them, roast them in the oven, and voila! This is a staple and should be in your pantry. <br><br>As for this recipe, since I, too, have two tubs of goat cheese from Pure Luck and my honey has been making homemade pasta -- we will have to make it ASAP!
