If you are a regular reader of my blog, you already know that I publish guest posts every once in a while — you may recall my brother Jeff’s ode to sandwiches, Tom being swept off his feet by Virginia’s The Red Hen, and Laura recalling her grandmother’s gift of gnocchi while preparing this unique dish for the first time ever.

Yesterday I discovered that I can invite regular guest bloggers to post their own blogs without me doing it for them. Be sure to check out the “Posted By” at the bottom of each entry to see who it was written by. For example, Laura’s recent post on Fino says, “Posted By Double Tonic.”

I’m hoping that Adam will guest blog soon. He plans to write about his famous fish tacos, a horrible dining experience he had last weekend, etc. Stay tuned (after SXSW ends in a week or so)!
