I was lucky enough to go to a wedding at the Blanton where the food was provided by Uchi. Just think, all the Sushi you could eat and a few times it was served up by Mr. Cole. It was great to see the interaction between him and one of the other chefs that were serving. It was all delicious. Thank you for the kind comments yesterday. Sounds like fun!
