If you love popcorn, you should give Cornucopia a try. Located on Guadalupe next to Veggie Heaven and across from Dobie Mall. Cornucopia has been open a few months. Owners Nikki Dugas and Nadia Elhaj tell took over the space from a different popcorn place that closed over the summer.

The girls offer over 40 flavors and guest blogger Laura and I tried quite a few of those a couple weeks ago. The owners generously fed us: pesto, kettle corn, salt & vinegar, dill pickle, sopapilla, longhorn mix, blue raspberry, milk chocolate, and peanut butter & chocolate.

For me, the popcorn itself was a bit stale but we stopped by late in the day when they were closing. However, the variety of different types of popped corn was impressive and would make a unique gift. The girls are adorable and Laura and I couldn’t help but be charmed by their passion for the business and generosity.
